Integrated Architecture and Engineering Design
We provide an integrated Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Structural Engineering Design, Electrical Engineering Design, Mechanical Engineering Design, Sanitary Engineering Design, Fire Protection Design, Telecommunication Design and Planning.
Building Information Modelling (BIM) Support
We use Building Information Modelling (BIM) to be able to create coordinated working drawings to minimize errors in construction. Through BIM, conflicts of different specializations are easily resolved and delays in construction are prevented.
Construction
Management and Market Research
We employ competent and experienced teams to provide project and construction management to builders and developers. AMC provides construction management for on time delivery of projects and on budget. We also do market research to make sure the viability of the project.
Construction Services and Manpower Support
AMC team has completed building and residential projects as a general contractor. We have a pool of competent workers thus we can also provide competent and reliable manpower support from laborers to professionals as required by the project.
Rental and Leasing Services
We provide safe and secure houses, apartments and condominium units based on the requirements and specifications of the clients for commercial and residential use. We also provide complete assistance to clients to make their stay in the country most comfortable and enjoyable including but not limited to the maintenance of their rented units.
Administrative Support and International Trade
We provide a comprehensive administrative support for your visa requirements, work permits, travel itineraries and other necessary documents to maintain your legal status in the country where you work/stay. We also provide support for export and import of goods and logistics services.
ABOUT
AMC was established in Taiwan in 2012 providing administrative services to its diverse international clientele. In 2020, AMC merged with a design and build company in the Philippines to create AMC International Philippine Office and started to work on International Trade with Indonesia. Thus created the AMC International Administrative and Construction Services Corporation ready to deliver services to the built environment industry from design to construction and post construction administration. AMC is looking forward to provide complete administrative and construction services to our growing clientele.
